The Frontera fund was established by both Larkin and Lacey after they got arrested. The reason behind their imprisonment, both Larkin and Lacey had leaked information online about the state requesting all journalist notes from articles about Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the very same sheriff who arrested them.
The grand jury also issued subpoenas demanding the personal information about all of those who read the articles about the sheriff online.
Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights is a group set up in California. The humanitarian organization fights for immigrant families and individuals. They also advocate for the right of free mobility human rights contribution in democracy. The organization’s primary agenda is to enable the inclusion of everyone, including immigrants. The American Civil Liberties Union is among the humanitarian groups, committed to expanding and enforcing civil liberties and civil rights of immigrants.
The immigrants’ rights group also fights both public and private discrimination against the immigrants. The advocacy group always involves itself in almost every major legal battle on behalf of immigrants’ rights. The group also focuses on challenging laws that reject immigrant’s access to the justice system.
